SUMMARY:INDOORS THIS WEEK! Outdoor Tai Chi
DESCRIPTION:Due to dangerously frigid temps\, we will practice tai chi i
 n-studio at 3pm.  Sherry also holds an in-studio practice at 6pm Monday
 \, Jan. 26.  All are welcome.\n\nWeekly outdoor practice has moved to S
 tillwater’s Pioneer Park for the winter. Wear comfortable clothing you
  can move in\, but dress for the weather\, with layers\, hats\, mittens 
 and warm boots. We cancel practice or move inside if it’s too cold or 
 windy\, so check our Facebook page for frequent updates. Aimee\, Sherry 
 and Will start with QiGong warmups of the 8 Brocades\, then a few sets o
 f the Yang 24 Form. All are welcome to follow along or just watch. This 
 practice is by donation only\; please bring something for the donation j
 ar or wood/kindling for the fire.
