The 2026 World Tai Chi/QiGong Day-Stillwater T-shirt is here! Designed by tai chi instructor and equine & sport artist William Ersland (williamersland.com), it captures the spirit of the Yang Fire Horse. Your T-shirt purchase supports the largest tai chi/qigong community gathering in the St. Croix Valley. This free annual event will be on the terrace of the Stillwater Public Library on Saturday, April 25, 10:30am-noon. World Tai Chi/Qi Gong Day – Stillwater
These 100 percent cotton shirts come in traditional unisex or fitted women’s styles in XS to XL $25 and 2XL – 3XL $28. T-shirts will not be sold during the event. To order, email hello@healingwithinacupuncture.com.
For each T-shirt sold, $2 will be donated to International Institute of Minnesota, a St. Paul 501c3 nonprofit organization that provides outreach, training, and support for new immigrants and refugees in Minnesota.

April dance party
Our next Dance Party Fundraiser will be Sunday, April 19, 1-2:15pm. We’ll practice all our moves: Girls Just Wanna Have Fun, Saturday Night Fever and Dancing Queen. We’ll be ready for Hudson Pride in June! Suggested donation is $15-20, with 100 percent going to support our activism and community support work. RSVP HERE.
After the dance party, plan to join us at Trinity Lutheran Church for Star of the North Concert Band 3-4:30pm. Sherry Strand will be on percussion and her husband Steve on trumpet.

Wednesday, April 22, 7-8:30pm: Peter Mayer Earth Day Concert at WBUUC. Tickets on sliding fee scale.
May 8-10: The St Croix Valley Pottery Tour. Last year a small group of us carpooled up Friday afternoon. Don’t miss this fun event.
Thursday, May 28, 6pm: We’re co-hosting a Nat Smith and Josiah Hill fund-raiser. Nat Smith is running for MN Senate District 33 against incumbent Karin Housely. Josiah Hill is our MN House Representative for District 33B. This will provide an intimate setting for you to hear from both of them. Save the date. Tell friends. More details coming.

If you’ve wondered, “What can I do to help?” we may have an answer for you: Our studio meets to connect and organize.
