REGISTER HERE | Instructor: Sherry Strand, RN | Learn the movements of the Yang Style 24-Form. Each class builds on the previous one, so taking the full 8-week series is strongly recommended. The Yang Style 24-Form is what we practice outdoors, in-studio and online. If space allows, a drop-in rate will be made available for those who have taken the Intro class previously and would like to drop in for review. This is a beginner’s class, no experience needed — but please check with your doctor before starting any exercise program. (Please note: Our online sign-up doesn’t allow for 15-minute increments, sorry for any confusion.)
