1st Fridays monthly, 7-8pm: Experience the healing and restorative benefits of movement, rhythm, sound, and vibration. After some movement and slowing down, allow yourself time to fully immerse in the healing effects of signing bowls, gong, hand drums, tongue drum, chimes, and more to create deep relaxation and restoring balance. Bring a mat, blanket, pillow, and anything else you need to be comfortable. Cost: $25.

Tui na massage & bodywork

Tui na (twee-nah) is the massage and bodywork branch of traditional Chinese medicine. It’s closely related to acupuncture, sharing its same medical training and concepts. Tui na is effective in promoting circulation, removing blockages, providing pain relief, reducing hypertension, and balancing digestive and reproductive issues, among many others.

Biodynamic craniosacral therapy is a gentle, non-invasive, hands-on treatment for the whole body. Performed on a massage table in the Stillwater studio’s treatment room, the client is fully clothed and the touch is generally light and still. The treatment is focused on supporting the health of the whole being, especially the nervous system, which dictates all of the body’s functions, constantly sending and receiving information. Hanna somatics
Check back for next 4-week Hanna Somatics session with Dr. Holly Walsh | Chronic stress often manifests as tension, pain, and fatigue as well as anxiety, depression and grief. Learn simple movements to release chronic muscle tension to experience more freedom of movement, flexibility, energy, peace of mind and to improve your overall sense of well-being. Hanna somatics is a neuromuscular re-education technique, where you connect your mind and body, and re-pattern your nervous system and muscles to return to a neutral resting tone.
Open to teens and adults, no experience necessary. The only requirement is to be able to get down onto and up from the floor. Wear comfortable clothes you can move in and bring a yoga mat and a beach towel or blanket if you have one. Yoga mats and blankets are available at the studio. Cost: Sliding fee scale $140, $150 or $160.
Cancellation policy
While we understand health-related cancellations, we may not be able to refund prepaid reservations. If you need to cancel, we ask that you let us know at least 24 hours before the scheduled class or workshop. This gives us an opportunity to try filling your spot and to extend your reservation to a later date, if possible.
