Due to a snowy, cold forecast, we’re moving inside the studio again this Saturday, but we’re hoping to get back outside on March 7!
Weekly outdoor practice has moved to Stillwater’s Pioneer Park for the winter. Wear comfortable clothing you can move in, but dress for the weather, with layers, hats, mittens and warm boots. We move in-studio or cancel practice if it’s too cold or windy, so check our Facebook page for frequent updates. Aimee, Sherry and Will start with QiGong warmups of the 8 Brocades, then a few sets of the Yang 24 Form. All are welcome to follow along or just watch. This practice is by donation only; please bring something for the donation jar or wood/kindling for the fire.
