Join us for our annual Halloween Tai Chi Extravaganza at Stillwater’s Lowell Park! We’ll practice tai chi/qigong and end with a Thriller flash mob dance! All are welcome to follow along or just watch and hang out with us. Costumes are optional but encouraged. It’s the end of October in Minnesota, so dress for the weather. This practice is by donation only; please bring something for the donation jar. We move in-studio or cancel practice if there’s bad weather, so check our Facebook page for frequent updates.
