Embrace late fall and winter! Join our outdoor practice during the warmer afternoons at Stillwater’s Pioneer Park. Aimee, Sherry and Will start with QiGong warmups of the 8 Brocades, then a few sets of the Yang 24 Form. Afterward you’re invited to stay for a warm fire, BYO hot beverages and camaraderie. All are welcome to follow along or just watch! Dress appropriately for the weather and in layers. This practice is by donation only; please bring something for the donation jar or wood for the fire. Although we try to stay outdoors as long as possible over the winter, we move in-studio or cancel practice if there’s bad weather, so check our Facebook page for frequent updates.
