Acupuncture hours vary by location

Online & in-studio: Yoga, Tai Chi, QiGong classes

Time off

No Community Acupuncture this Saturday, April 27, due to World Tai Chi Day-Stillwater.

Dr. John Hauser will take some time off later this spring. He will not be in community acupuncture May 8 to June 12. Thank you for your flexibility.

New location in White Bear Lake started in April

Aimee now offers community acupuncture on Thursday afternoons at Studio One Yoga, 4475 Lake Avenue S, White Bear Lake. Brian Wright will offer TuiNa massage at the same location. Visit our Book Acupuncture page for available appointment times and select the Studio One WBL location.

Studio One has a beautiful view overlooking White Bear Lake. There is plenty of free parking, including covered parking. Please note that Studio One is on the second floor of a building that does not have an elevator.  If you have mobility issues, please schedule your appointment at the Stillwater studio.

Current Community Acupuncture schedule

Now on Saturdays starting April 13 | You can now schedule community acupuncture appointments with Aimee at the Stillwater studio on Saturdays starting April 13. However, there will be no community acupuncture on April 27 due to World Tai Chi Day and Sustainable Stillwater MN’s Eco Fair.  Online scheduling is here.

Community acupuncture is available at the Stillwater studio on Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday mornings as well as Wednesday evenings, and at Studio One WBL on Thursday afternoons. To make an acupuncture appointment, visit Book Now and choose Stillwater or Studio One WBL location.

If you’re a new patient, please fill out our Patient Intake Form and bring it with you. Also, please check out our Frequently Asked Questions page. Please save your confirmation and reminder emails. If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, it is done through either of these emails. If you do need to change or cancel an appointment, please do it promptly in case another patient needs that spot.

For those who come in regularly together with a partner or family member, choose “initial visit” to hold a little longer time and let Aimee know the name of the other person in Notes.

Thank you for your continued support! If you have questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out to Aimee Van Ostrand, L.Ac. | aimee@healingwithinacupuncture.com

Mask protocols

Wearing a mask during your community acupuncture treatment remains optional. To protect those with compromised immune systems or complex health issues, Aimee will continue to wear a mask during your treatment.

Compared to group classes, Community Acupuncture sees more people with significant health issues, like those in cancer treatment, cancer survivors, MS, Parkinson’s or post-stroke recovery. We also see many living with PTSD, OCD and severe anxiety. For their comfort and safety, community acupuncture has continued to support the use of masks.
