Online Tai Chi Meditation | Tuesdays 5-6pm CT

With the closing of the WBL studio, the last class will be March 26 — join us in-person if you’d like! This is an online Tai Chi moving meditation of the Yang Style 24-Form. Experience with the Yang Style 24-Form is strongly recommended. The focus is on slowing the movements, deepening the breath, and cultivating the sensation of Qi energy in the practice. You’ll need to set up a small quiet space to practice. The Zoom code/link, password and instructions will be emailed Tuesday morning. REGISTER HERE!

BRAND NEW Tai Chi Meditation Class | Tuesdays twice a month

REGISTER HERE! Classes start April 9 | Join us 5:15-6:15pm on the 1st and 2nd Tuesdays of each month at the Stillwater studio. First class will start on April 9, then May 7 and 14, June 4 and 11, etc. Join in-person or online. Previous experience with the Yang 24 Form is required, and Aimee will share more information to help you build on your Tai Chi practice. This will be an ongoing class, replacing Aimee’s online Tuesday Tai Chi Meditation that ends March 26. Registration required only if you’re attending online so you can get the Zoom link.

Intermediate Tai Chi

Stay tuned for dates of next session: This in-studio series is for those who have completed the Intro to Tai Chi series or have previous experience with the Yang 24 Form. This class will take your practice to the next level. We’ll discuss finding balance, cultivating the sensation of Qi, incorporating the breath in your movements plus much more!
