Online & in-studio: Yoga, Tai Chi, QiGong classes

8-week Intro to Tai Chi series are both FULL

Mondays, April 1 to May 20 | 9-10am or 7:15-8:15pm, Stillwater studio: Learn the movements of the Yang Style 24-Form step by step with Sherry Strand, RN. Taking the full 8-week series is strongly recommended, as each class builds on the previous one. The Yang Style 24-Form is what we practice outdoors, in-studio and online. If space allows, a drop-in rate will be made available for those who’ve taken the Intro class previously and would like to drop in for review. This is a beginner’s class, no experience needed — but please check with your doctor before starting any exercise program. (Please note: The online sign-up won’t allow us to display the correct time of 7:15-8:15pm; apologies for any confusion.)

In-studio Tai Chi practice | 6-7pm Mondays

Led by Sherry Strand, RN, at the Stillwater Studio. These classes are for anyone with previous experience in the Tai Chi Yang 24 Form; those new to Tai Chi are welcome to follow along. Sliding fee $10-$20/practice. Drop cash/check in the brown mailbox by the front desk, no registration needed.
